Beth Dial, Studio Director
My name is Beth Dial. I am so thrilled to be taking over directorship of Santosha from Rebekkah LaDyne. I attended my first yoga class in 1999 and immediately sensed that the practices of yoga were much deeper and richer than I had previously thought. In 2001, while coping with a health condition, I delved more deeply into my asana practice and, over the next few years, I was graced with opportunities to work with several incredible teachers. In 2005, I began studying meditation and Tibetan Buddhism and I completed my own yoga teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga Center. I had been teaching at various studios in the Seattle area before choosing to come to Santosha. I believe in approaching yoga as a moving meditation, with the breath as the primary practice. I approach each practice as an opportunity to discover the innate tranquility that is your essential nature. I see yoga as a practice for life, to find the stillness inside no matter what you encounter outside. Please join me. I look forward to practicing with each of you.
