Doing yoga during and after my pregnancies helped me transition into my new life as each baby was born. Now, that my children are older, I am grateful for the equanimity that yoga offers. I don't know what I'd do without it! This is why, after finishing my teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers, I studied Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga with Anne Phyfe Palmer. In the Mom & Baby classes at Santosha, I hope to provide a space for new parents to have fun as they connect with their bodies and replenish their spirits after the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth and taking care of young children.
